SHIPPING

Orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days after payment.
Delivery is made via Mondial Relay to pickup points in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Shipping costs are fixed, based on destination and package weight, starting at €5 for Belgium. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 business days after dispatch. RENT/LOAN

Some creations can be rented for events, photoshoots, or exhibitions. Rentals are vailable by appointment only, with a contract specifying duration, security deposit, and return conditions. Items must be returned in their original condition. In case of damage, the security deposit may be partially or fully retained. RETURN

You have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of receipt to request a return or refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged. ORDER

You can order a unique, made-to-measure piece, by appointment. Each custom item is handcrafted from carefully selected upcycled textiles. Delivery times and pricing are agreed upon when placing the order.
