I am Zohra Capucine, a textile designer and upcycler. I trained in painting and printmaking at the Beaux-Arts de Brest (France) and in textile design at ENSAV La Cambre (Belgium). My practice focuses on the creation of eclectic knitwear and accessories and art objects.

Each piece I create is made from second-hand textiles, sourced between France and Belgium. This sustainable approach requires me to work with limited resources and to embrace the random diversity of the materials I collect. It represents both a challenge, as I strive to eco-design each piece as much as possible, and a source of inspiration.

Every piece is unique, and either machine-knitted on a domestic knitting machine or sewn in my Brussels studio.
